Our approach is rooted in collaboration, creativity and expertise — from discovery through to final execution. Here is what we offer you.
Name, logo, messaging and the way your business is recognised in its market.
Layout, typography and a colour system that carries your brand — responsive by default.
Research, flows and interface systems that authentically resonate with your users.
Front-end and back-end engineering built to keep working as you grow.
Native-feeling iOS and Android apps, from first prototype to store release.
Conceptualisation and research through to prototyping and final execution.
Not AI for the sake of it. We start with the problem, work out honestly where a model earns its place — and where it doesn’t — then build something measurable, maintainable and connected to the tools your team already uses.
Documents, tickets and enquiries read, sorted and sent to the right person automatically — so nobody spends their morning triaging an inbox.
Assistants that answer from your own content, act inside your systems, and hand over to a human the moment a person should be involved.
Continuous review of transactions, records and interactions, flagging the anomalies quietly in the background rather than interrupting the work.
Plain-language input turned into clean, structured data — cutting a fifteen-field form down to a sentence, with fewer mistakes at the end of it.
Demand, churn and anomaly models trained on your own history, so the numbers you plan around come from your business rather than a benchmark.
Secure connections between your applications and the AI platforms your team already uses, with your data staying exactly where it should.
We find the places AI genuinely helps — and say so plainly when a simpler fix would do the job better.
A narrow, working version fast, to test the assumptions and the state of your data before anyone commits.
Tuned against real usage: accuracy, reliability, and how cleanly it sits inside the way your team already works.
Deployed, integrated and monitored — with the cost and quality of every model call visible, not guessed at.
Most of our work is for owner-run businesses and small teams — the ones without an IT department, where the website, the booking system and the till all have to just work.
Online storefronts, stock and till integrations, click-and-collect — built so the shop floor and the website hold the same numbers.
What we buildCafés, restaurants and venues: menus that are easy to change, bookings that do not double-book, and a site that loads on a phone outside.
What we buildFirms selling expertise rather than stock — a credible brand, clear service pages, and enquiry forms that reach the right person first time.
What we buildJobs, quotes and engineers in vans. Scheduling, job sheets and customer updates that work from a phone on site, not only from the office.
What we buildAppointment booking, patient-facing information and forms that collect only what is needed — with data handling treated as a requirement, not an afterthought.
What we buildCourse sites, learner portals and content that has to stay current. We run TechNet Academy ourselves, so this one is not theoretical.

Tell Us What You RunA management platform for repair businesses — jobs, parts, invoicing and customer updates in one place.
A learning platform that turns our own engineering and design practice into structured, teachable courses.
Managed hosting and cloud infrastructure for the sites and applications we build and maintain.
A responsive marketing site rebuilt around a clearer story, faster pages and a design system the team can extend.
Five steps, from the first open-ended conversation to the long-term work of keeping what we build growing with you.
Start A ProjectFree thinking and brainstorming, in an open creative environment.
We address the questions your industry asks and the challenges your audience faces.
We shape the approach, the messaging and the plan that gets the work made.
Varied perspectives in the room, because they make the answer better.
We stay with it, focused on growth you can sustain rather than a one-off launch.
We pick tools you can still hire for in five years, not whatever is new this quarter. If you already run something not on this list, say so — inheriting a system is normal work, not a problem.
Excellence, innovation and collaboration are the benchmark we set for ourselves — and the work has been recognised for it.

Brand storytelling has emerged as a powerful strategy that transcends traditional marketing tactics.
What actually matters when you are picking the tools your shop or service will run on.
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone. Here is what that should change about your site.
How we price, how long things take, who owns what at the end — answered properly, so you are not guessing before the first conversation.
Mostly owner-run businesses, shops and service providers across the UK — the size where there is no internal IT team and the person deciding is also the person running the business. We are based in Southend-on-Sea and work with clients well beyond it; almost everything can be run over calls and shared documents.
No fixed floor. A single-page site, a logo refresh and a full web application are all things we do, and they are quoted differently. If a job is genuinely better served by an off-the-shelf tool than by us building something, we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks in.
Defined pieces of work — a brand identity, a website, a specific application — are quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, so you know the number before anything starts. Open-ended or evolving work runs on an agreed monthly or day-rate basis instead, because fixed-pricing an unknown just pushes the risk into padding.
Design, build, testing and launch are in the quote. Third-party costs — hosting, domain names, paid plugins, stock photography, app store fees — are listed separately and either billed at cost or paid by you directly, so they are visible up front rather than appearing as an adjustment later.
It depends far more on decisions and content than on build time. A brochure site is usually weeks; a custom application is usually months. You get a dated plan with the quote, and the single biggest cause of slippage is waiting on copy, photography or access to an existing system — so we ask for those early.
Five stages: discovery and research, planning, design, development, then launch and handover. You see work at the end of each stage rather than once at the end — changing direction at the design stage costs a conversation, changing it after development costs a rebuild.
Front-loaded. Expect real involvement during discovery and at each review point, and very little in between. What we need from you is decisions and source material, not supervision.
You do, on final payment. That includes the design files, the source code and the domain and hosting accounts, which are set up in your name wherever possible. You should never be in a position where leaving your agency means losing your website.
Yes — that is the default, not an upgrade. Sites are built so prices, opening hours, staff and pages can be changed by someone who is not technical, and handover includes showing you how. If you would rather we handled changes, that is a support arrangement, not a lock-in.
Anything that does not work as specified gets fixed as part of the project. Beyond that, ongoing hosting, updates, security patching and changes can be arranged as a monthly agreement or handled ad hoc — whichever suits how often you actually need us.
Often not, and we will tell you when. AI earns its place on repetitive, high-volume, rules-light work — sorting enquiries, filling forms, watching for anomalies. If your bottleneck is a slow website or a manual spreadsheet, fixing that returns more than a model will.
That is a scoping decision made before anything is built, not a detail discovered afterwards. Which provider, what leaves your systems, what is retained and what stays on your own infrastructure are all written down as part of the design — particularly where customer or patient data is involved.
Nothing in that category yet — ask us directly.
Still confused about the decision? Let’s have a call and clear things out.
